FARMERS MARKET IN THE PARK
11:00 - 7:00

The morning forecast from YNN: "Both Wednesday and Thursday will be unsettled with occasional showers, possibly a thunderstorm. Temperatures won’t be as warm with highs ranging from the upper 60s to mid 70s both days.

A cold front will dive out of Canada late Thursday and kick this upper level low out of here. It will also bring in a healthy shot of autumn air with highs down in the lower 60s Friday, 50s by the weekend.

High pressure will return on Sunday with temperatures warming into next week."

IN THE NEWS

From WKTV: "Change of Venue Request Denied......"

******

YESTERDAY

It was just starting to rain as I drove into the village at around 4:30 yesterday afternoon.

I headed southward, pausing to take a picture of the work being done at the former Zirkle residence on Sanger Avenue.

By the time I'd turned around at CVS, the skies had opened .................

............. and this is what West Main Street looked like between super-speed swipes of windshield wiper blades!

I understand that, after the rain, the sky was beautiful, and several people saw a double rainbow!

John Salvaggio sent this Buell Avenue view,

and Diane Marceau, who wrote, "The rainbow was awesome, the brighter one was a full rainbow across the sky with a double one on both ends." sent the next three pictures, taken by her daughter.

Thank you both!
