I love these "girls" at Gallaghers'! They're not very good at forecasting rain, but they're always ready to pose for pictures!

It rained all day on Saturday and the skies opened again on Sunday afternoon.
Within five minutes, water was pouring into the underpass ........

............. and gutters were full along Main Street.

In hedgerows throughout the countryside,
"Wild Cucumber" - a vine that appears to be a common, useless nuisance - is blooming.

For a different perspective and new appreciation, take just a minute to enjoy
Canadian photographer Brian Johnson's studies
of the vine.
