The WKTV forecast: "Traveling conditions are extremely difficult this morning with blowing snow. Heavy snow transitions to sleet through the course of the morning from south to north. The worst of the storm will last through late morning. Sleet turns back to snow early this afternoon with light snow lingering throughout the day.
